Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects remotely.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, ensuring all participants have necessary information and materials.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, reporting any deviations or potential delays.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, site teams, and clients through various digital channels.
• Process project-related invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative support role, preferably in construction.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com) and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in project management is a plus.
