Remote Project Manager - Agile Delivery

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Remote Project Manager specializing in Agile Delivery to join their dynamic virtual team. You will be responsible for guiding Agile teams through the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of digital products and features. This position requires a deep understanding of Agile principles, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive remote team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure effective project execution and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project backlogs, sprint goals, and release plans in collaboration with product owners and development teams.
• Remove impediments and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders in a remote setting.
• Track and report on project progress, team velocity, and key Agile metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills in a virtual environment.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification is highly preferred.
