Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, backlogs, and progress tracking documentation.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration among remote team members and stakeholders globally.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and impediments, proactively seeking solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a strong emphasis on Agile frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and facilitate virtual collaboration effectively.
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and project management tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools is essential.
