Remote Project Manager - Agile Transformation

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their organization-wide Agile transformation . This fully remote role requires a leader adept at fostering change, guiding teams through Agile adoption, and embedding Agile principles into the company culture. You will work with various departments, from engineering to marketing and operations, to implement Agile methodologies and best practices. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and facilitation skills, a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, and a proven ability to drive successful transformations in a distributed work environment, leading to increased agility and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Agile transformation initiative across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and implement Agile coaching and training programs for teams and leadership.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) in a fully remote setting.
• Identify and remove impediments to Agile adoption and progress, working collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Measure and report on the progress and impact of the Agile transformation, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning among teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agilist) are essential.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with at least 5 years focused on Agile methodologies and transformations.
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and Agile adoption in a fully remote context .
• In-depth knowledge of various Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) and their practical application.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
• Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
