Remote Project Manager - Business Systems

Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Remote Project Manager to oversee the implementation and enhancement of critical business systems. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to contribute from any location. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of projects related to enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and other core business applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with technical teams and business users across different departments. You will be instrumental in ensuring that business systems are optimized to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful deployment of projects involving various business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to define system requirements and ensure alignment.
• Manage the configuration, testing, and implementation phases of system upgrades and new deployments.
• Provide project status updates, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Facilitate user training and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with enterprise business systems.
• Proven experience managing ERP or CRM implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and system integration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills for remote team management.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
