About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Project Manager specializing in construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget, leveraging technology to maintain seamless communication and oversight.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of construction projects , from planning and design to execution and closeout, remotely.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using project management software.
• Coordinate effectively with on-site construction managers, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
• Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
