Requirements • A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on digital transformation or technology-driven projects. • Proven ability to manage projects remotely and lead distributed teams effectively. • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira). • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills essential for remote collaboration. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience with change management principles and stakeholder engagement in virtual environments.
