For a global payroll transformation programme, we are looking for an experienced Country Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a local payroll implementation. Coordinate local implementation activities and ensure alignment with the global programme timeline, milestones, and objectives.
Align local vendor plans with the overall programme plan and actively manage dependencies. Establish and maintain local project governance in line with the global programme governance framework. Act as the primary programme representative within the country and coordinate all in-country project activities.
Manage the country’s Change Request process, ensuring requests are documented, assessed, prioritised, and progressed appropriately.
