About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Remote Project Manager to lead exciting product development initiatives within their technology division. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while driving the creation and launch of innovative new products. You will be responsible for managing the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and design through to testing, manufacturing, and market release. Collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams, you will ensure products meet market needs and strategic objectives, fostering a seamless remote collaboration experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product development projects, from ideation to launch.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment among all project stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and market readiness activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on product development or new product introduction (NPI).
- Proven experience managing hardware or software product development cycles.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills for remote team management.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software is a plus.
