Remote Project Manager - SaaS Implementations

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Remote Project Manager to lead Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation projects. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while driving the successful deployment of cutting-edge SaaS solutions for clients across various industries. You will be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial client onboarding and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions for diverse client portfolios, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, identify deliverables, and manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Collaborate closely with clients, sales teams, implementation consultants, and technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide end-user training.
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks proactively to minimize disruption.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders through regular status updates and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on SaaS implementations or software deployments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.
