Remote Project Manager - Software Development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.

• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers, across different time zones.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes throughout the development lifecycle.

• Track project progress, manage scope changes, and provide regular status updates and reports to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , specifically within software development environments.

• Proven experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various technology stacks.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
