Remote Project Manager - Tech Implementation

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Project Manager to lead crucial Technology Implementation projects. This fully remote role allows you to manage the deployment of new software, systems, and technologies from anywhere, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption. You will collaborate with technical teams, end-users, and stakeholders to define project requirements, manage timelines, and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful rollout of innovative technology solutions that drive business value and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful deployment of various technology implementation projects (e.g., CRM, ERP, cloud services).
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and potential challenges clearly and regularly to all relevant parties.
• Ensure that implemented technologies align with business requirements and deliver the expected benefits.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on IT and technology implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex software and system deployment projects.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various IT infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with different project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, particularly in a remote environment.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
