Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects for tech startups, from concept to launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, utilizing virtual collaboration tools.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among distributed team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies in a remote setting.
• Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with startup objectives and market needs.
• Conduct virtual project meetings, provide status updates, and manage project documentation rigorously.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager , with a strong emphasis on working with technology startups or in the tech industry.
• Proven ability to manage projects entirely in a remote work environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a high degree of self-discipline.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within scope in a fast-paced startup environment.
