Our client is searching for a proactive and organized Remote Property Manager to oversee their portfolio of properties serving the Klerksdorp area. This fully remote position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing all aspects of property operations from a distance.

You will be the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners, handling leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and issue resolution virtually.

This role is ideal for an experienced property manager who excels in a remote work environment, utilizing digital tools to maintain high standards of property management, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency, contributing to the smooth running of properties across the region.

Key Responsibilities • Manage tenant relations, including responding to inquiries, processing applications, and handling lease agreements. • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repair requests, liaising with service providers remotely. • Ensure timely rent collection and manage tenant payments through online systems. • Conduct virtual property inspections and manage move-in/move-out processes. • Address and resolve tenant complaints and property-related issues efficiently. • Maintain accurate property records and financial documentation in the property management software.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar real estate management role. • Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and property management best practices. • Proficiency in using property management software, online payment platforms, and virtual communication tools. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. • Familiarity with the Klerksdorp property market is advantageous. • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple properties effectively from a remote location.
