Remote Quality Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Quality Analyst to join their operations team, working entirely from home. This role is essential for monitoring and improving the quality of products and processes through data analysis and remote assessment. You will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and reporting on quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams virtually to implement corrective actions. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer support teams virtually to investigate quality issues.
• Recommend and help implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address root causes of quality deviations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and systems through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar quality-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and statistical software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and principles.
