About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and meticulous Remote Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team, working from anywhere in South Africa. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, analyzing quality data, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance test plans and protocols.
• Conduct thorough inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports on product quality performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to investigate and resolve non-conformances and quality deviations.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or in a similar QA role within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and quality reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
