Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote quality assurance team , providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Develop, implement, and refine quality assurance strategies and procedures.
• Define key quality metrics and KPIs, and monitor performance against targets.
• Oversee the execution of quality control tests and inspections across all production stages.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and product development teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function and across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance , with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QA strategies and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing quality standards and best practices.
• Excellent remote team management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in QA software and data analysis tools.
