This role is focused on identifying and securing promising real estate investment opportunities across various markets, with a particular interest in the Western Cape region, including areas like Paarl .
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent research and communication skills, thriving in an independent work environment and contributing to the company's expansion through strategic property acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
• Source potential real estate investment properties through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct preliminary due diligence, including market analysis, comparable sales research, and property condition assessments.
• Contact property owners and agents to gather information and present offers.
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms with sellers or their representatives.
• Prepare detailed acquisition reports and recommendations for the investment committee.
• Manage the offer submission and initial closing process remotely.
Requirements
• Proven experience in real estate acquisition , sourcing, or investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of the South African property market , particularly the Western Cape .
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in using online real estate platforms, CRM software, and data analysis tools.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills to work independently.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings effectively.
