You will work from home, leveraging technology to gather information and communicate findings, serving clients nationwide. Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely real estate appraisals for residential and commercial properties.
• Gather and analyze comparable sales data, market trends, and property characteristics to determine fair market value.
• Prepare comprehensive appraisal reports that comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain current knowledge of appraisal methodologies, local market conditions, and relevant legislation.
• Communicate appraisal findings and methodologies clearly to clients and stakeholders via virtual channels.

Requirements

• Certified Appraiser designation (e.g., SAVA registration in South Africa).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate appraisal.
• Strong understanding of appraisal principles, practices, and ethical standards.
• Proficiency with appraisal software and virtual data gathering tools.
• Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
