About the Role

Our client is seeking an engaging and organized Remote Real Estate Community Manager to foster strong relationships and facilitate engagement within their online and offline real estate investor communities. Operating in a fully remote capacity, you will be responsible for building vibrant communities around shared interests in property investment, property management, and local market trends, particularly within areas like Soweto . Your role will involve managing online forums, organizing virtual and potentially local events, creating valuable content, and acting as a central point of communication. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to build, grow, and engage online and offline real estate communities.
• Manage online platforms, forums, and social media groups, ensuring a positive and interactive environment.
• Create and curate engaging content, such as articles, newsletters, and social media updates, relevant to real estate enthusiasts and investors.
• Organize and promote virtual and in-person community events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
• Act as a key liaison between the community members and the company, gathering feedback and addressing concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Community Management , social media management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for or experience in the real estate industry or investment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in managing online community platforms and social media tools.
