Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on specific property types, geographical areas, and economic factors influencing the market.
• Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities within the real estate sector to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for acquisition, pricing, and investment strategies.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques and data modeling to forecast market behavior and property values.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on the real estate industry or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting .
• A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is required.
