Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models to predict property values, market trends, and investment potential.
• Analyze large, complex datasets related to real estate transactions, demographics, and economic indicators.
• Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into product development and business strategy.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist , with a focus on predictive modeling and machine learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Pandas).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and data manipulation techniques.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and data mining.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex findings effectively in a remote setting.
