Key Responsibilities

• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (text, images, video) tailored for various online platforms and target audiences.
• Manage the company's social media presence, fostering community engagement and driving traffic to property listings.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar senior role, with significant experience in the real estate sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media management, and email marketing automation.
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of the Mahikeng property market and the nuances of marketing real estate online.
