Job Summary: As a Commercial Real Estate / Energy Law Clerk, you'll apply your expertise to help train next‑generation AI systems. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate land control instruments including deeds, ground leases, rights of way, and easement agreements for term, exclusivity, and conveyance terms. Identify deficiencies, gaps, and execution issues across site control documentation packages.
Organize and structure findings into clear, standardized formats suitable for senior legal review. Support due diligence workflows by processing and annotating land and real estate documents. Flag non‑compliant or incomplete filings based on project and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with senior reviewers to elevate and resolve complex document issues. Required Skills And Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal document reviewer, preferably in energy, real estate, or infrastructure.
