About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and insightful Remote Real Estate Investment Advisor to guide clients in making profitable property investments from anywhere. This position is fully remote, allowing you to leverage your expertise in real estate investment analysis and market trends without geographical constraints. You will work closely with a diverse clientele, providing tailored advice on portfolio diversification, market entry strategies, and risk management within the Mossel Bay, Western Cape region and beyond. This role is pivotal in helping clients achieve their financial goals through informed property decisions, operating within a flexible, digital-first framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate market data to identify lucrative investment opportunities for clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Investment Advisor , financial analyst, or related role.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, financial modeling, and market analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using investment analysis tools and CRM software.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage client relationships digitally.
