About the Role
Our client is seeking an astute and experienced Remote Real Estate Investment Advisor to guide clients in making profitable property investments, with a particular understanding of the Northern Cape market.
This fully remote role requires an individual with deep knowledge of investment strategies, market analysis, and financial planning within the real estate sector. You will be responsible for consulting with clients, identifying investment opportunities, and advising on risk management to help them achieve their financial goals through property.
Key Responsibilities
• Consult with clients to understand their investment objectives and risk tolerance.
• Analyze the real estate market , identifying lucrative investment opportunities across various property types.
• Develop customized investment strategies and financial projections for clients.
• Advise clients on property acquisition, financing, and portfolio management.
• Provide ongoing market updates and performance reviews of client investments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and real estate regulations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment or financial advisory.
• Proven track record of advising clients on successful property investments.
