About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and resourceful Remote Real Estate Investment Property Sourcer to identify lucrative investment opportunities. In this fully remote position, you will be tasked with researching markets, networking with property owners and agents, and analyzing potential deals to find properties that align with our investment criteria. Your ability to uncover off-market deals and conduct initial due diligence will be paramount to our investment success, particularly concerning the Upington region and beyond. This role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the excitement of deal-finding in the dynamic real estate investment landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential real estate investment properties, including off-market opportunities.
• Analyze property data, market trends, and potential ROI for investment prospects.
• Network with real estate agents, wholesalers, and property owners to build a deal pipeline.
• Conduct preliminary due diligence, including verifying ownership and assessing property condition remotely.
• Present vetted investment opportunities to the acquisitions team with supporting documentation.
• Maintain an organized database of sourced properties and contact information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate investment, property sourcing, or a related sales role.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and deal structuring.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency with online real estate databases, CRM software, and virtual meeting tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively from home.
• Familiarity with the Upington and Northern Cape property market is a significant advantage.
