About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Remote Real Estate Investment Specialist to join their expanding team. This position focuses on identifying, evaluating, and acquiring lucrative investment properties across various markets, primarily working from a remote location. You will conduct in-depth market research, financial modeling, and due diligence to support strategic investment decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze potential real estate investment opportunities, including multi-family, commercial, and single-family properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence, including market research, property inspections (remotely coordinated), and legal/financial reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or acquisition.

• Demonstrated ability to research and analyze real estate markets effectively.
