Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and present potential real estate investment opportunities, including residential, commercial, and development projects.

• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, property developers, and financial institutions through virtual communication channels.
• Manage investment portfolios, monitor performance, and provide regular strategic recommendations to clients.
• Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes impacting real estate investments across South Africa.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements
