Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in finance recruitment.

• Excellent candidate sourcing and engagement skills, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
