About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking recruitment consultancy, is seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding national team, based virtually and serving clients across Upington and beyond. This fully remote position requires a self-starter who can manage the entire recruitment process independently, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation. You will work across various industries, placing diverse talent and building strong relationships with clients. This role is perfect for an experienced recruiter who values autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively from any location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles and industries.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high quality of candidates presented to clients.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using online platforms, professional networks, and databases.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their specific staffing needs.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record in generalist recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various industry sectors and role types.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment .
• Proficiency with recruitment software, ATS, and online sourcing tools.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup are essential.
