Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview recent graduates and entry-level candidates for a wide array of roles.
• Develop relationships with universities, colleges, and career services to attract top emerging talent.
• Partner with clients to understand their needs for junior talent and shape effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the entire recruitment process for entry-level positions, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and clients.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout their job search and onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to clients and management.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for experience with graduate or entry-level recruitment.
• Strong ability to engage and assess young professionals at the start of their careers.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with online sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines.
• Enthusiasm for talent development and a passion for helping individuals start their careers.
