Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of IT and technology roles, including software development, cybersecurity, and data science.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and engage passive and active tech candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical hiring needs.
• Develop and grow a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the technology job market.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a specialization in IT & Tech recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in technical roles.
• Excellent understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and IT domains.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and virtual collaboration skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment technologies.
