You will manage client relationships virtually, source specialized candidates, and facilitate successful placements. Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote client consultations to thoroughly understand their specific logistics and supply chain staffing needs. Source, screen, and engage with candidates possessing expertise in areas like freight forwarding, warehousing, inventory management, and procurement, using online tools and virtual networking. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle virtually, from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation and acceptance. Build and maintain strong, long-distance relationships with clients and candidates through consistent and effective virtual communication. Stay updated on current trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the logistics and supply chain sector. Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions and client data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a strong preference for specialization in logistics or supply chain recruitment. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a full recruitment workload effectively from a remote location. Exceptional virtual communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Proficiency in utilizing online recruitment platforms, video conferencing tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possessing a strong drive to achieve targets in a remote setting.
