Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles, including software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity.

• Conduct in-depth technical screenings and competency-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and company culture.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and talent acquisition best practices in the tech space.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Tech Recruiter, with a strong understanding of the technology landscape.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in technical roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interaction.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fully remote environment.
