You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, identifying exceptional talent for cutting-edge technology companies. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and digital roles, including software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital marketing.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using advanced online tools and networking strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and company culture.
• Provide market insights and trends related to the tech and digital recruitment landscape.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, remotely.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in recruitment, with a significant specialization in Tech & Digital recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in highly sought-after technical roles.
• Excellent online research, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and remote collaboration tools.
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a fully remote setting.
