You will be responsible for sourcing and placing top tech talent, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and managing the recruitment process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of tech roles, including software development, data science, and cybersecurity.
• Partner with clients to understand their technical hiring needs and provide expert market insights.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM system.
Requirements
• At least 4 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on the technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in demanding IT roles.
• Excellent understanding of the current tech talent landscape and market trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
