Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships remotely, understanding their technical hiring requirements and company culture.
• Effectively utilize recruitment technologies, CRM systems, and social media platforms for candidate engagement.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage the pre-employment and onboarding processes remotely.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the tech recruitment landscape.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in placing technical roles.
• Proven ability to source candidates in niche technology fields.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with online recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
