Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of remote recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
• Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of global clients.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for complex and high-volume hiring needs, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition objectives and provide strategic recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and best practices across different jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in recruitment consultancy , with significant experience in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated success in managing remote recruitment teams and delivering global talent acquisition solutions.
• Strong understanding of strategic workforce planning, talent market analysis, and employer branding.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in various ATS, CRM systems, and advanced recruitment technologies.
• Experience working across different geographical markets is highly valued for this role, supporting clients remotely from locations such as Queenstown .
