Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various roles across different industries, utilizing online platforms and databases.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for remote roles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently recruited positions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and timelines.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist , Sourcer, or similar role, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and job boards.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively online.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
