You will manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality candidates. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa, focusing on impactful recruitment outcomes rather than physical location.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across digital platforms, social media, and professional networks to identify passive and active candidates.
• Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivations, and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate effectively with remote hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Maintain meticulous candidate records and track recruitment progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive employer branding experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or RPO setting.
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to specialized positions.
• Excellent understanding of online sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
