Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates for entry-level and junior roles using online platforms, social media, and networking.
• Screen candidate applications and conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications and interest.
• Assist senior recruiters in managing candidate pipelines and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Engage with candidates to build relationships and foster a positive candidate experience.
• Support outreach campaigns and talent branding initiatives for junior talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment support, HR assistance, or a similar role is advantageous.
