About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking Recruitment Consultancy, is expanding its operations and seeking a dedicated Remote Recruitment Specialist focusing on the Technology sector. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within South Africa. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing the recruitment process for tech professionals, connecting talented individuals with innovative companies. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the technology landscape to effectively identify and attract niche talent for clients across the country, with a particular focus on roles originating from the KwaZulu-Natal region.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for technology roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, IT project managers) using various online platforms and direct sourcing techniques.
• Conduct in-depth screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific technical requirements and company culture.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the tech talent market.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a specialization in technology recruitment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment software tools.
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques for hard-to-find tech talent.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and required skill sets within the IT industry.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
