About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and meticulous Remote Regulatory Affairs Specialist to manage and execute regulatory strategies for their pharmaceutical products. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute significantly from anywhere. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance with global health authority requirements, and facilitating the approval process for new and existing pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of international regulatory landscapes and excels in managing complex documentation and communication with health authorities. Your expertise will be vital in bringing critical medicines to market efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings (e.g., INDs, NDAs, MAAs) to global health authorities.
- Interpret and apply regulatory guidelines and requirements to product development and lifecycle management.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, respond to queries, and manage agency interactions.
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support product approvals and post-market compliance.
- Conduct regulatory intelligence activities to stay informed of evolving regulations and guidances.
- Ensure that all regulatory activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and Good Regulatory Practices .
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.) and submission processes.
- Proven experience in preparing and managing regulatory submissions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote environment .
