About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and insightful Remote Renewable Energy Policy Advisor to contribute to the strategic development and implementation of sustainable energy policies. This role is crucial for navigating the complex regulatory landscape and driving the adoption of renewable energy solutions across South Africa.

Requirements • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Public Policy, Environmental Science, Economics, Law, or a related field with a focus on energy. • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in energy policy analysis, development, or advocacy, preferably within the renewable energy sector. • Strong understanding of the energy market, regulatory frameworks, and policy levers. • Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
