Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed reservoir models using advanced simulation software.
• Perform reserve estimations and production forecasting based on reservoir characterization and performance data.
• Design and recommend optimal development strategies, including well placement and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques.
• Analyze production data, identify production issues, and propose solutions to optimize recovery rates.
• Evaluate the economic viability of development projects and operational changes.
• Collaborate with geologists, drilling engineers, and production staff remotely to ensure integrated asset development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in reservoir engineering, preferably with diverse field experience.
• Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., ECLIPSE, Tempest) and data analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of geological concepts , fluid properties, and rock mechanics.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
