This position is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer traffic, and increase sales across all locations. You will manage social media campaigns, email marketing, online advertising, and work with local teams to implement promotional activities. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to contribute to a vibrant brand from anywhere in South Africa , focusing on innovative and effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the restaurant brand.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, for marketing campaigns.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and analyzing performance.
• Manage online advertising budgets and campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
• Collaborate with graphic designers and web developers to ensure brand consistency.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Proven success in developing and executing social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
