About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Retail Operations Support Specialist to join their distributed team, providing essential support to retail operations across various regions, including East London.
In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for assisting store teams with operational queries, implementing company-wide initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily retail processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide remote technical and operational support to retail store teams via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with the implementation of new operational procedures, policies, and system updates.
• Monitor key operational metrics and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Document support processes and create user guides for store staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, store support, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team environment.
• A strong understanding of retail best practices and store-level operations.
