Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to optimize room rates and inventory.
• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue (RevPAR).
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on revenue performance, key metrics, and market insights.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor booking pace, identify booking patterns, and recommend adjustments to sales strategies.
• Utilize revenue management systems and tools to their full potential.

Requirements

• Proven experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or a related analytical role within the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting techniques, and pricing strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and revenue management software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Economics, Business, or a related field.
