Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies. • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities, and propose mitigation strategies. • Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Investigate risk events, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization. • Stay abreast of emerging risks and industry best practices in risk management.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit, preferably within the financial services or banking industry. • Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and develop effective risk mitigation plans. • Solid understanding of financial regulations and risk management principles. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills. • Strong self-discipline and time management skills to effectively work independently in a remote capacity.
